Hansel as an employer
Our team of specialists grew. We have a flexible working environment and a very high level of job satisfaction. Continuous development of expertise is important for us as a company and for our employees.
Personnel statistics
At the end of 2023, Hansel employed 132 people. The personnel statistics cover our gender and age distribution, our level of education, and other key HR indicators.
Personnel indicators aid management and development
Hansel actively monitors the development of the personnel indicators, as they reveal many things that are taken into account in the management of the company and the development of its operations.
Performance bonuses motivate employees
Hansel rewards its employees for good performance. Performance bonus assessments are based on criteria common to all and personal performance.
Better induction
The aim of Hansel’s induction is that everyone receives a fair and comprehensive orientation at the start of their employment. In 2023, we reformed our induction programme and introduced a new online induction.
Studying while working offers new perspective
Expertise cannot be retained by doing nothing: it requires active development. In addition to our own Hansel Academy and various types of professional training, we support our specialists in studying alongside their work. A gratifying number of employees avail of the opportunity.
Lessons for public procurement from Europe
Funded by the European Commission, the Public Procurement Excellence programme was launched in 2018. It aims to increase the expertise of public procurement professionals and create a network of alumni. People from Hansel have participated in the programme several times.
Change is refreshing at work too
Hybrid work has established itself in recent years and offers a welcome change of pace. Three Hansel employees describe their experiences of flexible location-independent working.
Job rotation offers an opportunity to broaden your perspective
